Hi everyone,
Today is an important day for me, and I’m excited to finally share a project I’ve been building over the past few weekends.
This project matters deeply to me because it represents an attempt to rethink some of the core challenges developers face inside ecosystem environments — and to design a system that addresses them in a clean, scalable way.
At its core, Identity is about making contribution visible.
Contribute first. Build reputation. Unlock opportunities.
Identity aims to absorb a large portion of that operational workload through automation — including AI systems and autonomous agents. Over time, the platform will evolve into an infrastructure layer for the TON ecosystem that handles dev activities, support programs, and reputation-driven access programmatically.
At launch, the platform is focused specifically on developers. That’s why authentication is currently available only via GitHub. Developer contribution is the most structured and verifiable signal set, so it made sense to start there.
Over time, Identity will expand beyond developers to include other types of contributors — users, marketers, community builders, researchers, and other ecosystem participants. The goal is to create a unified reputation layer for all meaningful contributors, not just those writing code.
If you’d like to understand the full vision behind the platform — why it exists, what problems it aims to solve, and where it’s heading — you can read the complete whitepaper here.
For this initial release, I’ve implemented a foundational reputation model. It’s only a starting point. The scoring system will evolve over time as we incorporate more signals and refine the weighting mechanisms.
Even at this early stage, the platform processes a significant amount of data:
- 400,000+ repositories indexed
- 16,000+ developers analyzed
- 44,000+ signals processed
But this is still just the beginning.
The next step is to test Identity in practice — starting with our fast-track AI grant programs.
You may encounter bugs or inconsistencies. Feel free to send me feedback, report issues, or share suggestions.
I’ll review everything and iterate quickly, and I appreciate your patience as we improve the system.
Identity is an experimental approach. It’s an attempt to explore a different way of operating ecosystems — more automated, more signal-driven, and more scalable. Let’s observe how it evolves, contribute to its development, and see whether it can become a foundational trust layer for the ecosystem.
One more important detail: the entire platform was built 100% with AI assistance. Not a single line of code was written manually. For me, this is a powerful proof point — complex infrastructure projects can now be built through AI-driven development workflows.
Thanks for being part of this journey.
Enjoyed this? Give it a clap
